Rooted in their love for grandmillennial design and the moody romance of dark academia aesthetic, this Dallas-area wedding was a masterclass in layering style with sentiment. Inspired by English garden gatherings, the design mixed soft floral patterns, painterly textures, and a rich color palette. Patterned linens brought a sense of old-world charm to the tablescapes, creating a reception space that felt like a secret garden.
The concept was built around all that inspires them — from the cities they call home (New York and Texas) to the many destinations they’ve explored together. Subtle nods to their travels appeared throughout, offering guests a sense of their shared story. In one of the most personal touches of the evening, each guest was welcomed with a handwritten note from the couple as they settled in for dinner — a heartfelt gesture that set the tone for an evening full of connection, celebration, and gratitude.
